Sub Goal

Here you set milestones for your subscriber count. When your channel reaches a milestone, the bot automatically sends a chat message. Menu: Overlay → Sub Goal. This page is only visible for Twitch streamers.

Milestone list

Every milestone is shown in a table with:

Column Content
Trigger type Shows for example "50% of 500" or "250 subs / 500" as a badge
Chat message The text that is sent, shown up to 80 characters
Already fired Shows whether this milestone has already triggered for the current goal
Status Shows whether the milestone is active

If no milestones exist yet, an empty state appears with a hint to start via "Add milestone". You can choose between 10, 25 or 50 rows per page.

Creating or editing a milestone

Field Required Default Meaning
Sub goal (total count) yes, at least 1 500 The target subscriber count this milestone refers to
Trigger type yes Percentage of goal "Percentage of goal" or "Absolute count"
Percentage (1 to 100) or subscriber count yes, at least 1 50 For percentage: the percentage of the goal at which the message fires. For absolute count: the exact subscriber number
Chat message yes, up to 500 characters empty The message sent when the milestone is reached, allows emotes from your channel
Active - enabled (for new milestones) Turns the milestone on or off

Placeholders in the chat message

Placeholder Meaning
{current} Current subscriber count
{goal} The configured sub goal
{percent} Current percentage of the goal
{remaining} Remaining count until the milestone

Example: 🎉 {current}/{goal} subs! We're at {percent}%, only {remaining} to go!

Table actions

  • Activate/Deactivate: toggles the milestone without deleting it
  • Reset: only shown if the milestone has already fired for the current goal, resets it so the message is sent again next time it is reached (after confirmation)
  • Edit: opens the same form as creating, prefilled with the current values
  • Delete: removes the milestone permanently, after confirmation in the window

How triggering works

Every milestone remembers whether it has already fired for the currently set sub goal ("Already fired"). This prevents the same message from being sent multiple times. If you change the sub goal or manually reset the milestone, it can fire again.

FAQ

What's the difference between "Percentage of goal" and "Absolute count"? With percentage, the milestone fires once a certain share of the sub goal is reached (for example 50% of 500 subs = 250 subs). With absolute count, you specify the exact number directly (for example 250 subs), regardless of the overall goal.

Why doesn't my message fire again after I raised the goal? Each milestone remembers per goal whether it has already been sent. After raising the goal, it normally fires again automatically once the new threshold is reached. If not, you can reactivate it using "Reset".

Does this feature also work on TikTok? No, sub goals are a Twitch feature. TikTok: planned and in progress.
