Account linking
Viewers can use the chat command !link to link an account on another platform to their main account, so their loyalty points are merged into one place. This page explains the process, which you can pass on to your viewers if needed. Menu: Community → Account linking.
Steps for viewers
Step 1: Generate a code
On their main account (the platform where they want their points to stay), the viewer simply types:
!link
The system generates a random 6-character code made of uppercase letters. This code is valid for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Request the link
On the second account, which must be on a different platform, the viewer enters the code:
!link ABC123
The system then creates a confirmation request for the main account. This request is valid for 2 minutes.
Step 3: Confirm
On the main account, the viewer confirms the request with one of the following commands:
!link ja
!link yes
!link ok
After that, both accounts are linked.
What happens when linking
All loyalty points of the second account (current balance and total points ever earned) are transferred to the main account. The second account stays in the system, but its balance is set to 0.
Unlinking
With the command !unlink a viewer removes all of their existing links. Important: the loyalty points stay wherever they ended up after linking. Unlinking does not reset any points.
Why a request can fail

Can I turn this feature off for my channel?
No, linking via !link is available to all viewers by default.
What happens to the points if I unlink later?
Nothing, they stay wherever they ended up through the link. !unlink only removes the connection between the accounts, it does not move any points back.
