Statistics
This page gives you a quick overview of activity in your community: how many viewers have collected loyalty points, how much total watchtime has built up, how many chat messages were sent, and who is currently leading. Menu: Community → Statistics.
Overview cards
At the top you see three figures at a glance:

| Loyalty members | Number of viewers who have collected loyalty points for your channel |
| Total watchtime | All minutes ever watched by your viewers combined, in whole hours |
| Chat messages | Total number of messages sent in your channel |
If your channel is not yet fully connected, the chat messages card shows 0.
Top 10 by loyalty points
A list of the 10 viewers with the highest point balance, sorted descending. For each viewer you see the Twitch username, the current balance and the total points ever earned (even if some have already been spent).
Top 10 by watchtime
A list of the 10 viewers with the highest watched time, sorted descending. Shown are the Twitch username and the total watched time in minutes.
Chat activity for the last 14 days
A chart with one data point per day for the last 14 days (including the current day). For each day you see the date (day.month) and the number of chat messages sent that day. Days without messages are shown as 0 so the chart has no gaps. This time range is fixed at 14 days and cannot be changed.
FAQ
Why does the page show 0 chat messages even though my bot is active? That only happens if your channel is not correctly connected to the system. Check your connection on the Platforms page.

Can I change the time range of the chat chart? No, it is fixed at the last 14 days.
