Followers & Subscribers

This page shows you who follows you on Twitch and who is a subscriber. Menu: Community → Followers & Subs.

This page is Twitch specific. If you are only signed in on another platform, it does not appear in your menu.

What the page is for

In the background, the dashboard automatically syncs every 10 minutes who follows you on Twitch and who has a subscription. This page shows you the result as a clear list with a few key numbers on top.

Stats at the top of the page

Stat What it means
Followers Your current number of active followers
Subscribers Your current number of subscribers (subs)
Sub rate Share of followers who are also subscribers, as a percentage

The follower table

Column What it means
(Image) Profile picture on Twitch
Name Display name, with the Twitch login name below it. The search field searches both
Sub Subscription tier, if any: Tier 1, Tier 2 or Tier 3. If there is no sub, the field stays empty
Following since Date and time since the person has been following

Above the table, the Sub status filter lets you narrow it down to "Subscribers only" or "Non-subscribers". Every row also has a button that opens the person's Twitch profile in a new tab.

The list automatically reloads every 10 minutes, matching the background sync. You can choose between 25, 50 or 100 entries per page. If no followers have been recorded yet, it shows "No followers yet".

What you won't see here

Anyone who unfollows you disappears from the list immediately. Subscriber numbers are only recorded if Twitch allows your channel to retrieve subscribers via its API (this usually requires Partner or Affiliate status with Twitch). If that is not the case, the sub column stays empty even if you actually have subscribers.

FAQ

Why is someone missing who does follow me? The sync runs automatically every 10 minutes. If the person followed very recently, it can take until the next sync for them to show up.

Why does the sub column show nothing anywhere, even though I have subscribers? The dashboard can only record subscribers if Twitch gives your channel access to that data. If that is not the case for your channel, the column stays empty.

Can I remove or block someone here? No, this page only displays your follower list. Moderation runs through your dashboard's moderation features.

Why does someone who unfollowed me disappear from the list? Unfollowed people are never shown in this list at all, not even as their own category.
