Dashboard
The dashboard is the home page of your Streamer Dashboard. It gives you an overview of your bot, your viewer numbers and the most important areas of the panel at a glance. Menu: Navigation → Dashboard.
Page layout
Welcome and live status
At the top you see a welcome message with your name and, if your channel is currently live, your current live status. If your channel is offline, it shows "Currently offline".
Notice: channel not connected
If your Twitch channel has not been registered in the system yet, a notice appears with your channel name. In this case most of the dashboard's features are not usable yet and you should contact the administrator.
Notice: command conflict
If you accidentally use the same keyword for two different things (for example a giveaway keyword and an automation command), the dashboard detects this automatically and shows a warning: which two settings overlap and that one of the two commands no longer reacts in chat because of it. In that case, choose a different keyword for one of the two settings.
Stats
A row of tiles shows you:
| Stat | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Bot status | Online or Offline, depending on whether your bot is currently connected to your chat |
| Commands | Number of your active chat commands (automations) |
| Loyalty | Number of viewers who have already collected loyalty points |
| Watchtime | Total recorded watch time of all viewers |
| Chat | Total number of messages stored in the chat history |
| Raids | Total number of raids your channel has received so far |
Stream health (OBS)
If you have set up an OBS control widget with history recording enabled in your Overlay Designer, this table shows the most recent dropped frames measurements with their timestamp. Without such a widget, this section stays empty.
Quick links
A row of tiles takes you directly to the most important other pages of the dashboard, for example Automations, Timer Commands, Bot Knowledge, Bot Responses, Leaderboard, Chat History, Watchtime, Loyalty, Statistics, Channel Points, Live Tools, Clips, Predictions, Multistream, Moderation, Mod Log, Minigames, Overlay and Settings. Which tiles you see depends on which features are enabled for your panel.
FAQ
Why do I see the "Channel not connected" notice? Your Twitch channel has not been set up in the system yet. Contact the administrator so your channel can be linked.
Why does the "Bot status" tile show Offline even though I am streaming right now? This means the bot is currently not connected to your chat. Check whether your bot account is correctly linked (see the Bot Account guide).
Why is the "Stream health" section empty? You have not placed an OBS control widget with history recording enabled in your Overlay Designer yet, or your OBS has not been connected since then.
What exactly does the command conflict notice mean? Two of your settings accidentally use the same keyword in chat. Only one of the two commands can actually react. Change one of the two keywords to resolve the conflict.
