Platforms
Menu: Channel / Platforms
This page shows which streaming platforms your panel is connected to. Here you manage connections to Twitch, TikTok and other platforms and ensure that your bot and live connection are synced with your accounts.
Overview
The page is laid out like a collection of cards. Each platform has its own card with the following information:
- Platform name and connection status
- Your account name (@username) and follower count
- Special features (beta status, verified, paused)
- Capabilities (what the panel can do for this platform)
- Buttons to connect, remove or verify
At the top of the page you can see how many platforms are available in total and how many are already connected.
Connection Status
Each platform has a status that is color-coded.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Connected (green) | The platform is connected to your account and active. The bot and live connection use this platform. |
| Paused (yellow) | The platform is connected but not currently active. This happens when a panel merge is running. |
| Not Connected (gray) | The platform is not yet connected to your panel. |
| Planned (gray) | This platform is still being planned and cannot be connected yet. |
Twitch
Twitch is the main channel and is always connected to your panel. You can remove your Twitch account at any time, but it will be difficult to log back into the streamer area since login only works through Twitch.
Capabilities on Twitch:
- Read chat and execute commands
- Moderation and bans
- Manage channel points
- Live tools (polls, predictions, chat settings)
TikTok
TikTok is currently being prepared and rolled out. When sign-in is available, you will see a "Sign in with TikTok" button. You connect TikTok by clicking on your TikTok account. You no longer need to enter your username manually.
After connecting, you can verify TikTok by clicking "Confirm with TikTok" again. This securely confirms the connection.
Capabilities on TikTok (when available):
- Read chat and execute commands
- Live statistics and counters
- Track gifts
- Community features
If TikTok sign-in is not yet set up, you will see the message "Signing in with TikTok is being set up. As soon as it is live, you connect TikTok here with one click through your TikTok account."
YouTube, Kick and Trovo
These platforms are still being planned and cannot be connected yet. They will be rolled out step by step.
Planned Capabilities:
- Read chat and execute commands
- Live connection and statistics
- Community features
Remove a Platform
You can remove any connected platform (except the last one you signed in with) yourself. Click the "Remove" button on the platform card.
When you remove a platform:
- The bot and live connection pause for that platform.
- All your data (points, statistics, settings) stays saved.
- You can reconnect the platform later and everything will work as before.
Important: The last platform you signed in with cannot be removed. If you need to remove it, first connect another platform, then you can remove this one.
Merging Panels
If you merge one panel with another (for example, an older TikTok panel with your new Twitch panel), this process is shown at the top of the page. The message shows:
- The status: "Planned", "Running", "Done" or "Error"
- When this process started
While the merge is running, both platforms are paused. After that, all your data is combined in one panel.
Verification and Beta Features
Some platforms or features are still in beta (testing phase). These are marked with a "Beta" badge. They work, but may not be perfect yet and can change.
If a platform has a "Verified" badge, it means the connection is secure and fully verified.
FAQ
Can I connect all platforms at the same time?
Yes, you can connect as many platforms as are available. The bot and live connection will then work on all platforms simultaneously.
Why can't I remove a platform?
The last platform you signed in with cannot be removed. This is a safety measure so you don't lose your panel. You always need at least one platform to log in.
What happens to my data if I remove a platform?
Your data such as points, statistics and settings stays saved. If you reconnect the platform later, all your data will be there again, as if you had never removed it.
What's the difference between "Connected" and "Verified"?
"Connected" means the platform is linked to your account and works. "Verified" also means the connection is securely verified. Some platforms need this extra verification for especially secure features.
What are "Capabilities"?
Capabilities are the things the panel can do for a specific platform, like read chat, execute commands, manage points. Not all platforms can do the same because each platform offers different tools.
Can I remove my Twitch account?
Technically yes, but it will be difficult to log back in because login only works through Twitch. You should first connect another platform and log out and back in with it to change your login platform.
