Bot Knowledge
The bot continuously listens to what's written in chat and automatically extracts small facts about you, your channel, or your viewers that it remembers for later answers. This page shows exactly these learned facts. Menu: Bot → Bot Knowledge.
If your Twitch channel hasn't been registered in the system yet, the page only shows a note to contact the administrator.
How the bot learns
Every few minutes the bot analyzes the latest chat messages from your channel and checks whether reusable facts can be derived from them, for example recurring running gags, preferences of regular viewers, or special features of your channel. If it recognizes something like this, it creates a new entry.
A newly learned fact is normally accepted as confirmed right away. Only if the bot is unsure about a fact does it create it as "Pending" instead of using it immediately.
Confirmed facts flow into the bot's future answers, for example when a viewer asks a question where a stored fact fits. Facts still marked as "Pending" aren't used by the bot yet.
List structure
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Fact | The learned text |
| Confirmed | Whether the fact is already used in answers |
| Date | When the fact was learned |
Above the list there's a filter by status: Confirmed, Pending, or All.
Delete facts
Via Delete (with a safety check) you can permanently remove a fact. This is the only action possible here: a false, outdated, or embarrassing fact can be removed from the bot's memory so it doesn't appear in future answers.
TikTok
TikTok: planned and in progress.
FAQ
Can I edit a fact instead of deleting it? No, facts here can only be deleted, not edited. If a fact is wrong, delete it. A matching new fact will be learned again from chat over time if the topic comes up again.
A fact says "Pending". Can I confirm it myself? Not directly on this page. You can delete an uncertain fact if it's not right.
Why don't I see anything here about individual viewers I don't know? The bot only learns from chat on your own channel and stores only things it considers reusable, not arbitrary single messages.
My channel shows only an error message. What do I do? That means your Twitch channel hasn't been fully set up in the system yet. In that case, contact the administrator.
